How Profile Visitor Retrieval Works?

Once your LinkedIn account is connected, AiSDR automatically retrieves up to 20 recent profile visitors. Here’s what happens next:

• Enrichment: Each visitor is enriched with an email address (if available).

• Missing Emails: If no email is found, the lead will show N/A.

This instant data retrieval lets you start building campaigns immediately with relevant prospects.

Campaign Behavior

• Email or Mixed Outreach Campaigns:
  - Leads without an email address will continue through LinkedIn steps only.
  - Leads with an email address will proceed through the full sequence, including both email and LinkedIn steps.

• LinkedIn-only Campaigns:
  Leads remain active and can continue to receive outreach directly on LinkedIn.

When No Visitors Appear

If no visitors are pulled in during the initial sync, it could be due to:

• No recent profile views.

• A temporary technical issue.

Solution:

• Create a campaign with filters.

• Enable "Continuously add new".

• AiSDR will start checking daily for new profile visitors and add them automatically.

Leads are added once per day at a slightly different time each day, keeping the process natural.
