What Do Lead Statuses Mean?

On your campaign page, each lead in the Leads section has a status that shows where they are in your outreach process. Here’s what each status means:

Lead Status Definitions

• New
  This lead was added to the campaign, but AiSDR hasn’t contacted them yet.

• Awaiting Reply
  AiSDR has sent a message to the lead and is waiting for a response.

  If there’s no reply, AiSDR will automatically proceed to the next step in your sequence.

• Booked
  A meeting has been scheduled with this lead.

• Paused
  The lead is out of office and has provided a return date. Outreach is paused and AiSDR will try again on the return day.

• Positive Response
  The lead replied to your message with interest.

• Closed
  The chat with this lead is closed. Reasons may include:

  • The sequence was fully executed

  • The email address was invalid

  • The lead is on your suppression list

  • The lead responded as uninterested
