As soon as your subscription is finalized and paid for, we invite our customers to join a dedicated Slack channel for onboarding and customer support where we provide live agent support 24/7.

We also provide support via email, and every customer can book a call to go over any questions they may have using the link pinned in their dedicated Slack channel.
