How AISDR's Warmup Works

We automatically warm up every new mailbox to build credibility and support the highest possible deliverability. The warm-up process runs continuously in the background, helping establish and maintain a healthy sender reputation.
You don’t need to wait for warm-up to finish before starting outreach. For brand-new mailboxes, we recommend starting with lower sending volumes and gradually increasing them over time. This allows you to begin reaching prospects while your mailbox continues building trust with email providers.
What You'll See Happening
When we start warming up your mailboxes, you might notice:
Strange emails in your inboxes that we set up for you: These are automated warm-up emails from our system
Don't worry - this is normal! These emails help build your reputation
You don't need to do anything with these emails - our system handles everything automatically
The Process Behind the Scenes
Our system creates a network of "friendly" email addresses that:
Send emails to your new mailbox
Open and reply to emails from your mailbox
Mark your emails as important
Create natural-looking email conversations
This teaches Gmail, Outlook, and other providers that your email address sends legitimate, engaging content.
Important: Important: If you need to delete and recreate a mailbox (such as when renaming mailboxes that are in active campaigns), the warm-up process will restart from zero. We recommend keeping outreach volumes low at first and gradually increasing them as the new mailbox warms up.
