• Your role: Be patient - this phase is all about building trust and ensuring inbox placement later.

Week 2: Gradual Increase

We start introducing real outreach while maintaining the warm-up routine.

• Sending capacity: Up to 5 emails per mailbox per day.

• What to expect: A balanced mix of warm-up messages and actual campaign emails.

Week 3: Stabilization

Your sending reputation starts solidifying through consistent activity and quality content.

• Sending capacity: Up to 12 emails per mailbox per day.

• Milestone: Typically achieving 85%+ inbox placement rate.

• Important note: This inbox placement rate is different from open rates. AiSDR disables open rate tracking by default to protect deliverability, as email providers now block tracking pixels. Focus on response rates and positive response rates as more reliable indicators of campaign success during and after warmup.

Week 4 and Beyond: Full Campaign Mode

You’re now ready for sustained outreach with ongoing reputation management.

• Sending capacity: 17–25+ real emails per mailbox per day (full capacity).

• Your success: Maximum outreach effectiveness while maintaining strong deliverability.
