We currently limit campaigns to 10 follow-ups, but this is just an arbitrary limit. The number of follow-ups can be adjusted according to your needs. If necessary, it can even be unlimited.

As a rule of thumb, we're seeing the best results with campaigns sending 1 first-touch email and 2-3 follow-ups. But we would always recommend tying the cadence to the length and the complexity of your buying process.
