Set up an onboarding meeting (optional, only if you're up to it as well)
Share our best practices on email deliverability, mailbox setup, the wording of the emails, etc. - all to ensure you get the most value out of AiSDR;
Share the questions we need to build your first campaign;
Depending on how fast you reply, and how complex your personas are, you can expect to launch your first campaign anywhere between 2 hours or 2-3 days from the start of the onboarding.
