What is covered:
High-Intent Targeting (Live AI & LinkedIn Signals)
We covered how the best-performing campaigns in AiSDR are built around high-intent audiences. Instead of relying on rigid job titles, the platform allows you to target by function (e.g., senior sales decision-makers) to capture a broader but still highly relevant audience.
The key driver of performance is using signals β ideally two or more β such as funding events, hiring activity, or technology usage. These signals help identify prospects who are more likely to engage at a specific moment in time.
In addition to Live AI, LinkedIn signals such as post engagement and keyword activity can be used to identify active and relevant audiences. This includes retargeting people who engage with competitor content, influencers, or specific industry topics.
Analyze Campaign (AI Strategist Update)
We introduced the updated Analyze Campaign feature within AI Strategist, which allows you to review and diagnose campaign performance in real time.
The system evaluates targeting, messaging, and results to identify where drop-offs occur β for example, good reply rates but low meeting conversion. Based on this, it suggests improvements such as refining signals, adjusting messaging, or simplifying the call-to-action.
You can then generate an improved version of the campaign directly from these insights, making optimization much faster and more structured.
Targeting & Channel Alignment
We covered the importance of aligning your targeting strategy with your outreach channels.
Broad audiences are better suited for email-only campaigns, where volume is higher but conversion rates may be lower. In contrast, highly targeted audiences with strong signals perform best in multi-channel or LinkedIn-focused campaigns, where each touchpoint is more precise.
Because LinkedIn has lower daily limits than email, misalignment between channels and targeting can lead to incomplete sequences and missed opportunities. Proper alignment ensures that every prospect receives the full outreach experience.
Campaigns should be given enough time and volume before making performance decisions. As a best practice, avoid stopping a campaign after only a few touches. Let it run for at least two weeks or reach around 50β100 contacted leads before judging results.
Suppression Lists (Best Practice)
We emphasized the importance of setting up suppression lists early in your AiSDR setup.
Without suppression, campaigns may unintentionally target existing customers, competitors, or internal contacts. AiSDR supports suppression via CSV uploads, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and allows segmentation per campaign.
Proper suppression setup ensures cleaner outreach, better targeting, and avoids negative interactions.
AI Monitoring (Use Cases)
We reinforced the value of AI Monitoring as a way to prioritize outreach based on real-time signals.
By connecting CRM lists, you can track when accounts become more likely to engage β for example, after funding, hiring, or organizational changes. This enables use cases such as:
Expanding existing customer accounts
Reactivating closed-lost or churned deals
Following up with event attendees or content downloads
Instead of constant outreach, teams can act when timing is right, leading to higher conversion rates.
AI Strategist (Campaign Creation & Events Campaigns)
We demonstrated how AI Strategist can be used to create campaigns conversationally, including event-based campaigns.
Event campaigns consistently perform well because they combine strong timing with relevant context. AI Strategist can suggest relevant events, identify the right audience, and generate tailored messaging based on event participation or engagement.
This allows users to quickly build campaigns that are timely, personalized, and aligned with real industry activity.
AI Strategist also includes a memory layer, so each conversation can help it better understand your business context and improve future campaign suggestions. Continuous campaign monitoring is also planned, allowing AI Strategist to review campaign performance automatically instead of only through manual analysis.
Persona Questionnaire Improvements
We introduced updates to the Persona creation flow to make it more structured and effective.
Instead of working with a single large prompt, users can now define messaging through more guided inputs, including sample messages, suggested frameworks, and richer audience context. The system also allows uploading files and links to better train AI on your business.
Additionally, persona feedback has been improved to update specific sections more precisely, making iteration easier.
AI Voice Replicas
We introduced AI voice replicas, which allow users to record their voice and use it for automated LinkedIn voice notes.
Previously, voice messages required manual recording. Now, you can create a voice clone directly in the platform and use it in campaigns. Voice notes act as a strong pattern interrupt and have shown strong conversion performance due to their personalization and novelty.

Key takeaways
High-intent targeting is the foundation of performance
The strongest campaigns focus on a narrow, signal-driven audience rather than broad outreach. Using two or more signals significantly increases relevance and reply rates.
Signals make outreach timely, not generic
Campaigns perform best when they are tied to real-world triggers such as hiring, funding, or engagement activity, ensuring outreach happens at the right moment.
Channel strategy must match audience precision
Broad targeting works best with email, while precise, signal-driven audiences perform better with LinkedIn or multi-channel campaigns. Misalignment leads to inefficiencies and missed touchpoints.
Campaign analysis should be continuous
The Analyze Campaign feature allows teams to quickly identify whatβs not working and rebuild campaigns with improved targeting and messaging.
Suppression is critical for clean outreach
Setting up suppression lists early prevents contacting the wrong audiences and ensures campaigns remain relevant and professional.
Monitoring turns CRM into a conversion tool
Instead of static lists, monitoring enables teams to act when accounts are most likely to engage, improving both timing and results.
Event-based campaigns consistently outperform
Campaigns tied to industry events combine relevance and timing, making them one of the most effective outbound strategies.
New tools reduce friction in campaign creation
Improvements to AI Strategist, Persona setup, and voice automation make it easier to build, test, and scale campaigns quickly.
Q&A Highlights
Should persona audience and campaign audience match?
Yes, they should generally be aligned. When creating personas within the campaign builder, AiSDR automatically syncs the selected audience. More advanced persona setup is available in Pro mode for custom use cases.
Will AI Strategist update existing personas directly?
Not yet. AI Strategist currently creates a new campaign with improved targeting and messaging rather than modifying an existing one. Updating personas directly is planned for future releases.
Will new campaigns overlap with existing audiences?
No. AI Strategist builds a refined audience, and AiSDRβs duplicate detection ensures that contacts are not messaged twice.
What happens if a contact is added to a suppression list after outreach starts?
AiSDR checks suppression lists before every step. If a contact is added after the first message, all future follow-ups will be stopped.
Can suppression lists exclude companies based on service or type?
Not directly. Suppression lists are meant for known contacts (e.g., customers, competitors). Excluding irrelevant companies should be handled through targeting criteria instead.
Can personas inherit context from existing ones?
Not automatically yet. The current workaround is to use Copy Persona, which allows you to keep the same context and adjust only specific sections.
Which AI model should be used for messaging?
There is no strict recommendation. Most messaging performs well across models, so itβs best to test outputs and use the version that fits your style and goals.
