What is covered:
AI Strategist
We covered how the upgraded AI Strategist enables a conversational way to build and improve campaigns. By providing context such as your website or a case study, you can generate signal-first ICPs, value-based offers, and messaging drafts in seconds. You can iterate on targeting and positioning directly in chat and launch campaigns without manual setup.
AI Strategist can also review underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements, as well as act as a built-in assistant for platform-related questions.
AI Monitoring (Monitors)
We introduced AI Monitoring, which turns CRM data into actionable outreach opportunities. By connecting HubSpot or Salesforce lists, you can monitor accounts such as customers, closed-lost deals, or event attendees.
The system tracks signals like funding, hiring, and leadership changes, as well as custom-defined triggers. It reviews data daily, surfaces buying intent, and notifies you when action is needed—allowing you to reach out manually or launch targeted campaigns.
Notification Center
We covered the new Notification Center, which gives you control over how you receive updates. You can filter notifications (e.g., positive replies), choose between real-time alerts or daily digests, and forward notifications to multiple inboxes—helping reduce noise and focus on what matters.
Persona Editor Improvements
We introduced a more structured Persona Editor. Instead of one large prompt, personas are now organized into sections like email, LinkedIn, phone, and context. This makes it easier to update specific parts of your messaging and improve outputs more precisely.
Credits & Billing
We reviewed how to manage credits in Settings → Plans & Billing, where you can track balance, usage, and activity. If you run out of credits, you can upgrade, wait for renewal, or contact your CSM. One-time credit top-ups are planned but not yet available.

Key takeaways
AI Strategist is now a core execution tool
AI Strategist is no longer just a support feature — it’s a central part of how campaigns can be built and improved. Instead of manually configuring every step, users can move from idea to launched campaign through conversation, making the process faster and more accessible.
Signal-first targeting drives better results
Successful campaigns are built around timing and relevance rather than broad ICP definitions. By focusing on signals such as hiring, funding, or organizational changes, outreach becomes more aligned with real buying moments, which increases engagement and response rates.
Strong offers matter more than generic CTAs
The quality of the offer plays a major role in performance. Messaging that provides clear value and context consistently outperforms generic “book a call” approaches, making outreach feel more relevant and less intrusive.
Iteration is part of the workflow
Campaign creation is no longer a one-time task. AI Strategist allows users to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and positioning by testing different angles and improving campaigns before and after launch.
AI Monitoring turns CRM into a live opportunity engine
Instead of treating CRM data as static, AI Monitoring enables teams to identify when accounts are most likely to engage. This shifts outreach from periodic check-ins to timely, signal-driven communication.
Custom signals unlock the most value
While standard signals are useful, defining signals that match your specific business context leads to more precise targeting and stronger results.
Better control improves focus
With the introduction of the Notification Center and structured persona editing, users can better manage both incoming information and messaging quality, reducing noise and improving overall efficiency.
Credits are transparent and manageable
Credit usage is fully visible within the platform, allowing teams to track consumption, plan campaigns effectively, and make informed decisions about scaling outreach.
