"Upgrade subscription" button is not visible

Can’t find the Upgrade subscription button after clicking Manage your subscription?

Most likely, there are some unpaid invoices lurking in your account. To check:

  1. Scroll down to Invoice history.

  2. Look for any outstanding invoices.

  3. Pay those invoices, and the Upgrade button should make its grand reappearance.
