You're Running Low on Credits

When you have fewer than 100 credits remaining, AiSDR will display a helpful yellow banner in your account to give you a heads-up. It's your friendly reminder to keep things running smoothly.

You've Used All Your Credits—Now What?

If you've completely used up your email credits and your renewal date isn't around the corner, you'll receive an email notification clearly stating:

"You've reached your monthly sending limit in AiSDR."

At this point:

  • All your active outreach campaigns will automatically pause.

  • AiSDR's AI will temporarily stop sending emails, but don't worry, you'll still receive incoming replies from leads.

Getting Back on Track

You have two easy options to get your campaigns running again:

  1. Upgrade Your Subscription: Move to the next tier to instantly access additional email credits and resume your campaigns without interruption.

  2. Wait for Renewal: Alternatively, you can simply wait until your monthly renewal date arrives, and your email credits will reset automatically.
