How to Cancel Your AiSDR Subscription

Thinking of leaving us? We get it—sometimes it’s not you, it’s us. Before you make it official, we highly recommend chatting with your dedicated account manager. They will definitely have ideas on what can be improved and what new campaigns to try out and will share some insights on the new exciting features we're working on.

But if you’re truly ready to break up (no hard feelings!), here’s what to do:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Plans & billing → Manage subscription.

  1. You'll then be asked: "What's making you cancel?". It's optional, but your feedback helps us improve.

That’s it.

All your campaigns and mailboxes will be automatically deactivated at the end of the billing period. Please note that all your data will be permanently deleted and your account will be fully deactivated.

Having second thoughts?
You can always renew your subscription before the billing period ends, no awkward explanations needed.
