Things we recommend | Do's

To help you get the most out of AiSDR, here are some best practices we highly recommend following during campaign setup:
1. Build a well-blended multichannel sequence
Take advantage of AiSDR’s flexible sequencer by blending various touchpoints:
Emails
LinkedIn steps (connect, message, like)
Memes, voice notes, AI-generated videos
A multichannel approach increases your chances of standing out, building trust, and getting a response — especially in competitive or noisy industries.
2. Test different AI generation models
The same prompt can yield different results depending on the model used. Before launching, try generating a few emails across different models and choose the one that best fits your tone, structure, and audience.
This extra step helps maximize clarity and impact.
3. Experiment with multiple personas
If you're running several campaigns, don’t rely on a single messaging structure.
Instead, generate 2–3 variations with different angles and tones. Assign each to a separate persona and run them in parallel — this allows you to evaluate what resonates best and where your highest conversions come from.
4. Use Live AI Search when filters fall short
If you have a well-defined ICP but find that filter-based databases provide limited or irrelevant results, switch to Live AI Search.
It works on criteria-based input rather than static filters, giving you more flexibility and allowing you to find highly relevant, niche, or high-intent leads that traditional methods might miss.
5. Keep personalization ON — follow-ups too ; )
Personalization is enabled by default in the first email — and we recommend keeping it that way.
Some users disable it, but doing so makes emails feel generic or "AI-written." Personalized messages keep the tone natural and human, increasing your chances of getting replies.
6. Always enable fallback for LinkedIn connection requests
When using a LinkedIn connection step, always turn on the fallback option.
This ensures that if a lead doesn’t accept your request within the defined timeframe, the system moves on and replaces them — avoiding "stuck" leads and keeping your campaign running smoothly.
7. Use the “Rule of 3” when planning campaigns
When deciding which campaigns to launch, follow the proven Rule of 3:
→ Cold Outreach
→ Social Signal targeting
→ Website Visitors
This trio gives you full-funnel coverage — combining broad reach with high-intent signals.
And if you’re looking to drive results quickly, don’t skip intent-based campaigns. These are built around real-time buyer signals and often convert faster.
