Pausing vs Cancelling

Last updated: January 14, 2026

We understand your sales priorities may shift, and you might need to step away from AiSDR — either temporarily or permanently. Here's what you need to know about pausing vs cancelling your subscription.

Pausing Your Subscription (Recommended for Temporary Breaks)

If you're planning to return, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling.

What happens when you pause:

  • Pause Fee: $99/month.

  • Maximum Duration: up to 2 months. After that, your previous plan and billing resume automatically.

  • What You Get:

a. Keep access to AiSDR

b. Mailboxes continue warming to help maintain deliverability

c. Test and edit emails/templates

d. View statistics and adjust existing campaign settings

  • What's Paused (not available): Searching for new leads and sending new outreach as well as responses.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, cancellation becomes permanent.

What happens when you cancel:

  • All domains and mailboxes will be removed and cannot be restored

  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will lose platform access

  • All campaigns, activity, and historical data will be permanently deleted

  • No reactivation or data recovery will be available after cancellation

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, including any remaining mailbox or domain resources

Not Sure Which Option is Right?

If you're planning to return in the future — even if you're not sure when — pausing is the safer and more flexible choice. It protects your infrastructure and saves you from restarting from scratch later.
