How do I duplicate / clone an existing campaign without starting from scratch?

How to do it

  1. Go to Campaigns.

  2. Open the campaign you want to copy.

  3. Click the Make a copy button.

  4. Edit the new draft and add new leads there.

That’s it - duplicate campaigns in one click, tweak as needed, and you’re good to go!

HubSpot lists limitation

When a campaign is created using a HubSpot company list, the copied campaign remains locked to that same list. It’s not possible to add leads from another HubSpot list to the duplicated campaign.

This is expected behavior and is designed to prevent accidentally blending multiple HubSpot lists in a single campaign, ensuring clean CRM sync, clear attribution, and accurate reporting.
