How to see who opened the emails?

If open rate tracking is enabled, you can check which leads opened your emails in the Latest Events section.

How to check opens

  1. Open your active campaign page.

  2. Scroll to the Latest Events section.

  3. Use the event filter and select Opened.
    Here you’ll see exactly which emails were opened and by whom.

Exporting data

  • There’s currently no automatic export for opened leads.

  • If you need a list, contact our team - we can help manually extract the data.
