Why Is Post Likes Campaign Loading So Slowly?

Troubleshooting performance issues and speeding up your workflow

If your Signals campaign feels like it’s taking longer than expected, you’re not alone. The system is doing a lot behind the scenes and there are a few key reasons why it may move slower than a standard search.

Signals uses live scraping (and that takes time)

Unlike standard lead searches that pull from static databases, Post Likes relies on live scraping of real-time LinkedIn activity.

When you enter a profile or company link, AiSDR:

  • Pulls data from the 5 most recent featured posts

  • Captures everyone who reacted (liked or engaged)

  • Filters those users by job title, location, and company size

  • Adds only qualified leads to your campaign

This process ensures high-quality, intent-rich leads, but it does take longer to process.

Common reasons for slowness and how to fix them

1. Low-engagement profiles

AiSDR reads your LinkedIn links in order from top to bottom. If the first profile has very few likes or recent posts, it can slow down the entire flow.

What to do:

  • Use only high-engagement profiles (50+ likes per post)

  • Reorder your list to put the most popular profiles at the top

2. Too many filters

Overfiltering is the #1 reason campaigns return few or no leads — and it adds processing time.

What to do:

  • Start with no filters at all to test the volume

  • Then apply only 2–3 filters: job title, management level, and location

  • Avoid niche tags, industries, and overly specific combinations

3. Too many profiles at once

Tracking 10–20 profiles might seem smart, but if most of them are low-volume or inactive, it slows the system.

What to do:

  • Start with 3–5 high-quality profiles

  • Expand gradually once you validate results

4. No recent content

If a profile hasn’t posted recently, there’s nothing to track — and scraping hits a dead end.

What to do:

  • Check the LinkedIn profile manually

  • Use only people or pages that post frequently and get engagement

You don’t need to wait for all 100 profiles to be scraped — finding just 10 relevant ones can already be enough to get your campaign started. Once you have them, just enable “Continuously add new” and AiSDR will keep adding matching profiles over time.
