What Happens to Your Account, Data, and Mailboxes After Your AiSDR Subscription is Cancelled

Considering not renewing your AiSDR subscription? Let's talk about what happens next and how we can help you navigate this smoothly.
Data Deletion and Mailbox Access
If you do decide to move forward without renewal, here's what to expect:
On the last day of your subscription, your AiSDR account will be deactivated.
All associated leads, campaigns, and conversation histories will be permanently closed and deleted.
The mailboxes that were set up by AiSDR will be canceled.
To keep critical information safe, make sure to contact your CS Manager ahead of your subscription end date - they'll provide you with any specific details you need.
Alternative Domains
Any alternative domains set up by AiSDR will also be automatically canceled.
However, if you'd like to retain ownership of these domains, you must initiate the transfer process before your subscription ends. Once your account is deactivated, domains cannot be recovered. Please contact your CS Manager as early as possible to begin the domain transfer process and receive the authorization codes needed to transfer them to your own registrar.
