Why Does Preview Mode Show Messages with the Wrong Signature?

When you use Generate Sequence in your campaign or in the Persona tab, you’ll see a preview of messages that the AI will generate. These are just examples to help you review tone, structure, and content.
In the preview mode, the system automatically displays the signature of the user account you’re currently logged in with. This is for demonstration purposes only.
When you Activate campaign, the platform will automatically insert the signature configured in the settings for each sender you’ve chosen for that campaign. This ensures that every recipient sees the correct sender details.
How to Review or Update a Sender’s Signature:
Go to the Team section.
Select the user on whose behalf the emails will be sent.
Click Edit to change their signature.
Save the changes before closing.
Note: To change company names or contact details in signatures, update the sender's signature settings as described above. Persona feedback only affects message tone and content, not signature information.
Tip: Always double-check sender signatures before launching a campaign to ensure consistency and professionalism across all messages.
