Here’s a quick pre-launch scan — double-check these essentials to make sure your first campaign runs smoothly and delivers results.
✅ Leads are targeted
Found using a clear signal of interest (e.g., CTOs of fintech startups that just raised Series A), not a broad audience like CEOs of all B2B companies.
✅ Imported leads have LinkedIn links
If you’re importing leads into AiSDR, make sure each one includes a LinkedIn profile link. Without it, AiSDR won’t be able to generate the personalization needed for effective outreach.
✅ Persona is relevant
Messaging style is customized to the audience. If a signal was used in targeting, it’s also embedded into the message.
✅ All mailboxes connected
Every mailbox AiSDR created for you is active, so you can use the full sending volume included in your subscription.
✅ Multi-channel senders ready
If your sequence includes LinkedIn, all senders have LinkedIn accounts connected to avoid skipped steps.
✅ Signatures added
Each sender should have a signature set in Team → Sender → Edit. If none is assigned, AiSDR will generate one automatically.
✅ Time zones set correctly
Campaign schedule is aligned to your audience’s local business hours. Separate campaigns by region (e.g., NA vs. EU).
✅ Defaults untouched
AiSDR’s smart defaults are left in place:
Open tracking → OFF (protects deliverability from bot opens).
Unsubscribe links → OFF (avoids spam triggers; toggle only if required).
AI Smart Replies → OFF (enable later, after first positive replies).
✅ Suppression list added
Upload a suppression list to ensure you’re not targeting existing customers or prospects by mistake.
