đź“« Fill in the mailbox request form
When you log in to AiSDR for the first time, you will see a pop-up with the mailbox request form. You can also find it on the left-hand side of the platform under the “Get started” steps.
It's crucial to submit this request as soon as possible after subscribing, as the mailboxes require 7+ days for initial warm-up before they can be used in campaigns.
Check out the video below guiding you through selecting lookalike domains, and assigning mailboxes to team members:
âš Please note:
Once submitted, mailbox assignments can't be changed
Domain selections and mailbox names are final and irreversible
Double‑check everything before clicking submit

If you prefer to set up a campaign yourself, AiSDR gives you several campaign types to choose from.
We'll discuss the difference between each type of search in depth in our next section:
đź“„ Explore what's possible with AiSDR and choose your approach
The very first step is to decide what type of campaign you want to run, based on your goals and target audience:
Cold Outreach Campaigns – Build targeted campaigns to reach new leads.
Lookalike Campaigns – Find audiences similar to your best-performing customers.
Website Visitors Campaigns – Identify anonymous visitors on your website and automatically target them.
Social Signals Campaigns – Engage with people who view your or your teammate's LinkedIn profiles OR who interact with specific LinkedIn pages.
Importing Leads from CSV – Upload your own database of leads and start outreach immediately.
Important: Whichever type of campaign you choose, it must include a strong signal that shows the leads are a good fit. Avoid launching broad campaigns such as “CTOs of all information technology companies”. These audiences are too general and will not convert effectively.
A better example would be: “CTOs of recently funded fintech companies with 50–200 employees using Stripe”.
👷 Note: If you're feeling lost about which campaigns to launch, reach out to your dedicated account manager; they’ll help you choose the right starting point.
By starting with the right campaign type and ensuring your targeting is specific, you’ll get higher-quality leads and more predictable results.
