How Can I Log In if I See a 401 Error?

A 401 error during login means that the email address you’re using is not linked to an existing AiSDR account.

What to Do:

  1. Check your email address

    • Make sure you’re entering the email associated with your AiSDR account.

  2. If you’re a new user

    • Ask a team member with AiSDR access to add you.

    • Or, send a request to help@aisdr.com, and our support team will assist you.

Double-check for typos or extra spaces in your email address before contacting support.
