Alerts in AiSDR Dashboard

The Alerts section in AiSDR dashboard helps you stay on top of potential issues before they impact performance. It highlights situations that may require your attention so you can fix problems early, avoid wasted credits, and keep campaigns moving smoothly.

Key Alerts
1. Sequence bottleneck
This indicates that one or more steps in your sequence may be limiting performance.

What to do:
Review the sequence steps

Adjust sequencing (only for upcoming steps - completed steps cannot be edited)
If needed, create a new campaign with an optimized sequence; you can always use Copy campaign to keep the same filters and simply improve the sequence

If unsure how to best adjust your sequence, reach out to your CSM for guidance!
2. Too few leads added in the last 3 days
This means Continuous Search isn’t generating enough new leads.

What to do:
Open the campaign and press Add leads

Adjust your search filters or targeting criteria
Run a new search
Re-enable Continuous Search to keep new leads flowing automatically

Maintaining a steady lead pipeline ensures consistent outreach volume and better performance.
3. No positive responses in the last 14 days
Your campaign hasn’t generated positive replies for two weeks.

What to do:
Review performance metrics
Adjust messaging or targeting, or
Consider deactivating the campaign and reallocating credits toward higher-performing angles
A campaign with prolonged low engagement often benefits from a refreshed strategy.
How to Resolve an Alert
Click Go to campaign on the alert.
Review the relevant sequence, filters, or overall performance.
Apply the recommended fixes based on the type of alert.

Staying proactive with alerts helps ensure your campaigns remain effective, efficient, and aligned with your outreach goals!
