The Solo Plan: What's Included and How It Works

The Solo plan gives you the full AiSDR engine on a self-serve setup. That means two things to know before you start: you run everything yourself without a dedicated customer success manager, and your campaigns run on Live AI. This article covers what you get, what sits outside the plan, and where to turn when you need a hand.

✨ What you get with Solo

Solo is the same outreach platform other plans run on, with self-serve setup. You can:

  • Launch fully autonomous campaigns with Live AI, where AiSDR sources leads, writes messages, sends them, and handles replies on autopilot

  • Reach prospects across email and LinkedIn in the same sequence

  • Set up your sending infrastructure with lookalike domains and mailboxes

  • Connect your CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and Calendly so data syncs both ways and campaigns stop the moment a lead books

  • Upload a suppression list to keep specific contacts out of outreach

  • Track everything from the Dashboard, manage replies, and tune personas

Everything downstream of setup works exactly as it does on any other plan. Campaign management, replies, notifications, personas, and integrations are identical.

🚫 What's not included on Solo

Two things set Solo apart from the higher plans. Knowing them upfront saves you looking for features that aren't there.

No dedicated customer success manager. Solo is self-serve from day one. There's no scheduled onboarding session and no assigned CS contact. Your guided setup happens in-product, and Ami AI walks you through campaign creation (more on that below).

Live AI campaigns only. Solo supports Live AI campaigns. Other campaign types you may have seen elsewhere, such as standalone cold outreach, social signal, and website visitor campaigns, are not available on this plan. If you go looking for them and can't find them, that's expected for Solo, not a bug.

💡 Good to know: Live AI covers the core job most solo operators need. It researches your audience, builds the sequence, and runs outreach end to end. You're not giving anything up on outreach quality by being on Live AI.

One user only: The Solo plan supports one user only. You need to upgrade the subscription to invite more team members.

1 LinkedIn account: You can connect and run outreach from 1 LinkedIn account.

HubSpot is the only CRM. Higher subscription plans include Salesforce integration too.

Ami AI handles strategy and campaign setup. For account questions, billing, technical issues, or anything outside Ami AI's scope, you have two ways to reach the AiSDR team:

  • In-app chat. Open the chat in the bottom-right corner of your screen inside AiSDR. This is the fastest route.

  • Email. Write to help@aisdr.com and the support team will pick it up.

Both reach real people. Use whichever fits the moment.

  • Start with Ami AI for every new campaign before building anything manually. It's faster and it shows you what's possible.

  • Give Ami AI specific strategy details. Audience, geography, and angle beat a vague prompt every time.

  • Connect your CRM and LinkedIn before launching so AiSDR works from accurate data and stops campaigns at the right moment.

  • Upload your suppression list before your first send to keep existing contacts and competitors out of outreach.

  • Double-check mailbox and domain selections before submitting. Those choices are final and can't be changed afterward.
