🔑 Step 1: Log in to AiSDR
Once you subscribe, your AiSDR account is ready to go. There's no password to set: you sign in with Google/Microsoft, or a magic link, using the same email address you subscribed with.
💡 Seeing a 401 error? This is a known sign-in issue with a quick fix.

🚀 Step 2: Kick off AiSDR onboarding
Once you log in, AiSDR will already have some background on your business, so you can create your first campaign draft right away. A few things to set up while you're here:
📫 Complete the mailbox request form
You can always do it under the Team tab > Order Mailboxes.
⚠ Please note, mailbox setup is final:
Once submitted, mailbox assignments can't be changed
Domain selections and mailbox names are irreversible
Double-check everything before clicking Submit
🔎 Explore Ami AI recommendations
Ami AI helps you generate and launch outreach strategies in minutes. Provide your strategy details, and the system researches your audience, identifies relevant segments and messaging style, and designs campaigns tailored to your goals. Once you choose a campaign you like, AiSDR sets it up and runs it on autopilot, covering messaging, lead targeting, and outreach for you.
This gives you two advantages:
You move from idea to active outreach with minimal effort.
You get a clear view of what types of campaigns are possible with AiSDR.

🤖 Step 3: Connect additional integrations
Integrations are key to getting the most out of AiSDR. By connecting your CRM, LinkedIn, and website, you make sure AiSDR can collect high-quality leads, sync data automatically, and stop campaigns at the right time, so your outreach stays relevant and efficient.
CRM: HubSpot
Why: Sync leads to and from HubSpot and keep contact data updated automatically.
How to connect: Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot, click Connect, log in to your CRM, and authorize AiSDR.
💡 Good to know: This can only be done by a CRM admin.
Why: Automate LinkedIn activity (connection requests, likes, and messages) so you can reach leads across several channels.
How to connect: In Settings → Integrations, enter your LinkedIn login credentials, click Connect, and complete verification (including 2FA if enabled).

Calendly (optional)
What it does: Stops campaigns automatically once a lead books a meeting.
How to connect: In Settings → Integrations, click Connect and log in to your Calendly account.
💡 Good to know: Other meeting links are supported by AiSDR as well, not just Calendly.
🙅 Step 4: Upload your suppression list
A suppression list keeps AiSDR from reaching out to contacts you want to exclude.
Navigate to Leads → Suppression List → Create List
Choose the most convenient way to add emails or domains to the list
