Understanding Campaign Visibility
Campaign visibility in AiSDR is controlled by user roles. Users without admin access may not be able to see statistics, campaigns, the team tab, and personas created by other team members, even within the same organization.
How to Gain Access
To see campaigns created by your teammates, you'll need to have the admin role assigned to your account.
Contact your AiSDR support team to request additional access and visibility.
Role changes require internal approval processes, so there may be a delay before your new permissions take effect. Your support team will keep you updated on the status of your request.
