Your LinkedIn Isn’t Connecting to AiSDR? Try This

Last updated: December 19, 2025

If you're experiencing issues with connecting your LinkedIn to AiSDR, there are a couple of things that you can check on your side before contacting our support team.

1. Check if the LinkedIn Password is Correct

  • Ensure your password is correct by logging in directly at LinkedIn Login.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password:

    1. Go to the login page.

    2. Click “Forgot password?”

    3. Enter your email or phone number.

    4. Follow the verification instructions to reset your password.

2. Check LinkedIn Account Language

Your account language (not page language) must be set to English.
How to update it:

  1. Click the “Me” icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Select Settings & Privacy.

  3. Under Account Preferences, open Language.

  4. Ensure it’s set to English.

  5. Changes save automatically.

3. Troubleshoot 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Issues

If you’re not receiving your 2FA code from LinkedIn:

  1. Confirm that 2FA is enabled in your LinkedIn account.

  2. If yes, try reconnecting your account once again.

  3. If it still doesn’t work, change or disable your 2FA method:

    • Click the “Me” icon → Settings & Privacy.

    • Open Sign in & Security.

    • Scroll to Two-step verification and click it.

    • Click Set up or Change, then choose your preferred method (authenticator app or phone number).

    • Follow on-screen instructions to confirm the change.

Important: Disabling 2FA should be considered only as a last resort, when none of the above solutions work.

By disabling two-factor authentication, you may trigger additional security checks from the LinkedIn side. It may lead to extra verification steps, temporary restrictions, or account review.

4. Still Stuck?
