How Does the Suppression List Work?

When AiSDR detects a company or lead from your suppression list within a campaign, it will automatically close that lead to prevent outreach.

Please note:

  1. The lead (company) will still appear in the search results, and they will be added to the campaign.

  2. The lead is not closed immediately:
    - For inactive campaigns, suppression checks are performed once daily.
    - For active campaigns, the check happens just before AiSDR drafts the first message.
    If a match is found, the lead is closed before the first message is sent.

  3. Suppressed leads will remain visible in the campaign list for transparency and tracking purposes. No messages will be sent to these leads.
